Trained and qualified to PRINCE2 standards we have over 10 years of experience in Project Management. Our skills can be transferred to almost any Project but we have a particular expertise in the selection, procurement and implementation of housing management systems. We can assist with the implementation of an entire housing management system, and associated third party products, or work with you on specific Modules of software.

"Linda has worked with Orbit for the last 12 months, delivering a major project which included some systems upgrades, rollout of new modules and full integration of all parts of Orbit onto one common IT system. The Group and consequently the project team set up to deliver the changes, operates over a wide geographical area in many different offices which made directing the project team difficult. In addition, the project was given an extremely tight timescale. Despite this Linda managed to deliver the project on time and we have now signed off the contract confirming that the majority of outcomes required have been delivered. Those remaining require further business process or culture change which we will be working on over the coming months.
